About
Biomarkers refer to biochemical indicators that can mark the structural or functional changes of organs, tissues, cells and subcellular, including nucleic acids, proteins, enzymes, carbohydrates, active molecules, etc. Tissue-specific biomarkers are often used to study pathological changes in diseases or to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new drugs. Therefore, imaging monitoring of biomarkers in tissues is important for disease diagnosis and new drug development.
